Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Jamesnative Windows & Siding wants everyone to be able to use jamesnative.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with good color contrast
- Make the site workable with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@jamesnative.lat and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on the accessibility of this site. Email contact@jamesnative.lat and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keeping at It
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
